Deep cleaning adds the inside of fridge, oven and microwave, behind appliances, grout scrubbing, windows inside & out, ceiling fans, AC vents, and detailed bathroom & kitchen work. Most villas need a regular clean weekly and a deep clean every few months or between long-stay guests.
We aim to reply as fast as we can during work hours (08.00–18.00, every day). If we're mid-job we may be slower — but we always reply.
No. We bring our own tools, cloths and supplies — that's our standard. You just open the gate.
Standard pricing across Kuta Centre, Tanjung Aan and Gerupuk. Selong Belanak adds Rp 50,000 transport. Somewhere else near Kuta? Message us and we'll let you know.
Cash or bank transfer — your choice. You always pay AFTER the work is done and you've inspected the villa with us.
Yes. Weekly bookings get 15% off and monthly contracts get 20% off. Tell us your preferred day and time when you message.
Please give us at least 2–3 hours notice. There's no formal cancellation fee. If the team is already on the way, we may charge transport cost only.
We're a small team of three, all Kuta natives — born here and working in tourism since before Kuta was a major destination. Same faces every visit, no rotating strangers. Two of us speak basic English. Our work is reviewed openly on Google. If anything's not right, tell us during the inspection and we'll make it right before you pay.
